Buffalo Wild Wings at 200 Consumer Square, Plattsburgh, New York.

My wife and I have been eyeballing this place for the last few years on our trips to Plattsburgh. We always end up going somewhere else. Well, not this time, and we were very pleased. I had the Cheese Curd Bacon Burger and my wife had the Bayou Po'Boy. The sandwiches were freaking huge!

My burger was so juicy, I had to go through a ton of napkins! The vegetables (tomato, lettuce and pickles) were fresh and properly crunchy, the meat was juicy and well seasoned, the cheese curds were a clever way to add more cheese than just the single slice on the patty, the bun was toasted beautifully, and the sauce was nice and spicy, but not overly so. My wife does not handle spicy food that well, and it was ok for her.

My wife's Po'Boy was huge! Nice crispy lettuce, fresh tomato with battered shrimps on a toasted bun with a spicy mayo. The whole thing just went together. Mind you I am no expert on Po'Boy, but it was a good sandwich. The side of fries was not too big. I would definitely order again.

My parents will be coming in June from the west coast, and will be staying in Plattsburgh on the front side of their trip and again at the end. I know of another place they would like to go at the front side, but I am really going to push for this at the end of their trip. If not, the wife and I come down from Canada every six months or so, and this will definitely be on the to do list next time.
